Availability and reservations

To book
Would you like to make a reservation? Please complete the reservation form. We'll usually contact you within half a day by email or phone. After contacting us, your reservation will be confirmed by email. Only then will it be considered a booking.

Check-in and check-out rates and times
We offer a single rate and don't want to differentiate between high and low season prices. The rate isn't determined by the time you'd like to enjoy the peace and quiet, but by the length of that period.

The possible periods and associated rates are as follows:

You can also choose a combination of the periods described above. Booking an extra night costs €100 per night and is only possible after consultation.
Other periods can be reserved in consultation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

The maximum reservation period is 4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

The rate includes:

• tourist tax
• bedding
• towels
• tea and dish towels
• free optic fiber interner and wifi
• use of washing machine and dryer for your own laundry
• basic package with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
• all other mentioned facilities at our apartment

The rate excludes the mandatory final cleaning fee, which is €50 per cleaning session.

When booking a period longer than 1 week, it is possible to have the apartment cleaned for an additional payment of € 50

All amounts mentioned include VAT.
