An apartment for people looking for peace and quiet, for whatever reason. Let people enjoy the beautiful and special things that our area in North Limburg has to offer. We, Leon Roodbeen en Marleen Wijnen, were able to create such an apartment in the outbuilding of our farm. On the old foundations of the 'hen shed'. The farm is a municipal monument from 1872 and Leon's parental home. In 2013, the farm was completely restored, as was the outbuilding. During the restoration, we lived in the apartment ourselves.

Wide and historic Large field
The apartment is located ‘An ‘t Groeët veld’ (Aan het Groot veld). A wide landscape between the villages of Sevenum and Kronenberg. The Groot Veld has a historical landscape value and is still an active agricultural area. Corn, oak trees, apples, leeks, beans, various types of lettuce and cabbages are grown here.

Enjoying sunset
The apartment is fully equipped and designed to offer privacy, with its own gate and driveway entrance. From the "sunset bench," you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every day. Free parking is available. If you're traveling by public transport, we'll pick you up from the Horst-Sevenum intercity station.

Walking, cycling or enjoying your own terrace
This area is ideal for walking and cycling. You can leave directly from the apartment. Walking and cycling maps are available. Part of the garden with sun loungers is at your disposal. If you're outside, Bijke, our Frisian Stabyhoun, will surely come and greet you.
