No, that's not necessary. The bed will be made upon arrival, and towels, tea towels, and dishcloths will be in the apartment.
Of course you can. The box bed has a double duvet and two pillows, but if you prefer to sleep on your own pillow under your own duvet, that's certainly possible.
Yes, there are a few rolls of toilet paper available in the bathroom. You don't need to bring any unless you're booking the apartment for a longer period.
The apartment has no additional facilities for guests with disabilities. There is a low threshold upon entering. The driveway is paved with gravel and hard plastic mats underneath, making it easy to walk, cycle, or drive over.
Supermarkets, other shops, and restaurants are located in the village of Sevenum, ranging from 500 meters to two kilometers away. The neighboring villages of Horst and Panningen, approximately 5 kilometers away, offer an even wider selection of shops.
The nearest city is Venlo, approximately a 20-minute drive away, and a 15-minute train ride from Horst-Sevenum station. Eindhoven is about a 30-minute drive away. You can also travel to Eindhoven city center by train, which takes 30 minutes. Roermond is a 40-minute drive away.
Yes, the Horst-Sevenum intercity station is located on the border of Horst and Sevenum, with good connections from Amsterdam Central Station, Utrecht, 's-Hertogenbosch, and Eindhoven. The journey time from Amsterdam Central Station is 1 hour and 51 minutes. If you let us know your arrival time, we will pick you up at Horst-Sevenum station.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. These times can be adjusted after consultation with us. This also depends on the arrival of new guests. Sufficient time must be allowed for cleaning the apartment.

Bijke is our Frisian Staby and was born on March 14, 2014. The Frisian Staby is traditionally a mole catcher and has an excellent sense of smell. Bijke is no exception. She loves to dig and regularly digs a hole in the pasture looking for something. She is watchful and wary. She barks as a precaution. Once you're familiar with her, she's a friendly, sweet, and calm dog who enjoys walks and playing ball in the yard. She'll undoubtedly come and greet you when you're in the yard. Reach out and let her sniff and get used to it. Only then pet her under or on her head and back.

We offer a single rate and don't want to differentiate between high and low season prices. The rate isn't determined by the time you'd like to enjoy the peace and quiet, but by the length of that period.
